Freight Broker
Freight Agent
Our Freight Brokers perform freight services according to companies' and agencies' regulations. Plan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules. Work with Shippers, Carriers, and Dispatchers to manage the schedules. Track and report shipment status to customers. Manage multiple deliveries, process spot requests, and develop new sales strategies to improve business. Resolve freight discrepancies in a timely manner. Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally. Maintain a positive and productive relationship with customers.
Our Freight Agent connects shippers and carriers. Finding and organizing gigs for their clients. Their responsibilities include everything from cold calling prospective clients to recruiting owners and operators to carry the load. They connect loads to trucks and trucks to loads through out the network.
Dispatcher
Our Dispatchers Truck schedule freight deliveries and arrange pickups of shipments and parcels. Their duties include scheduling truck drivers, relaying shipment details as arranged with customers, and setting up drivers' routes. Truck dispatchers are also required to review truck drivers' logs.
